Orders

We are a made-to-order business and work closely with a print-on-demand drop shipper that has facilities all over the world. To ensure your order is fulfilled as efficiently as possible, it will be printed and shipped from the facility closest to you! Typically, it takes between 2-7 days to complete an order before it's shipped out. Once it's on its way, we'll send you a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its progress. Please note that orders with multiple items may be shipped separately.

Shipping

Shipping times are also dependent on your location. Typically, it takes between 3-6 business days to receive your order (after it's created), but please keep in mind that these are estimates and not guarantees. During busy periods such as Christmas and Black Friday, there may be some unforeseen or unavoidable delays.

Refunds & Returns

Regrettably, due to our made-to-order business model, we do not provide returns or exchanges for products that were ordered in the wrong size, wrong style or if the customer has a change of heart. However, we do offer refunds for customers who receive incorrect or defective items. If you encounter such issues, please reach out to us at hello@lovepride365.com with photos of the items and your order number, and we will respond as soon as possible with a solution.
